Can Hearing loss be a ground for divorce

I suffer from a hearing loss which might be permanent. However doctor said I can fix it by wearing hearing aids. Can the hearing issue be a ground for divorce ? Currently I am single, I will tell my future wife well in advance (and take an acknowledgement that it was told to her). Can wife file for divorce knowing about my problem beforehand on grounds of hearing loss?

Yes it can be a ground of divorce. Take proper legal advice and then act upon. any documents drafted has to be under the supervision of lawyer coz he/she can guide you at every step. for further assistance you can contact me.

Well, if you tell your future wife before Marriage itself in writing that you are a Deaf and take her consent in writing , that, she is marrying you after knowing and completely understanding that you are a Deaf, then, she will not be able to grant you Divorce on this ground.
