Can divorce be granted after 2 months of marriage

I was married two months back to a catholic guy. Since then there have been tremendous fights n conflicts that he stopped contact with me for last one month. Niether he nor his parents are in contact. I want to take divorce but what challenges do I have to face and can i file for divorce or not because its been only 2 months?
So far as the divorce is concern you are not inclined to file the divorce petition before completing one year of marriage.
And so far as fight is concern you can file complaint before police station under sec. 498 A of IPC.

Was your marriage solemnised according to Christian ceremonies or registered under Special Marriage act?If under special Marriage act then a divorce petition can be filed only after a year of marriage.only under exceptionsl hardship can it be presented before that & the procedure will take that much time. Even after a year if it is a contested divorce it will take time as the other side your husband will have to served with your divorce petition his reply, couselling session, evidence stage , hearing all would take about a year or two.
