Can divorce be filed by other party against restitution of conjugal

HiI am working on filing restitution of conjugal rights against my wife. She is not interested to come back even after repeated discussions. Can she file divorce against my case of restitution of conjugal rights?

hi yes she can file for divorce on the ground of desertion and that you both are staying differently for a long period of time and that on the gounds of physical and mental cruelty so it is bettet to file restitution of conjugal rights

yes your wife can file Case for divorce. she can file for maintenance, dvc and other cases. so it is better to issue a legal notice to your wife describing all the facts by asking her to come and join with you to lead happy marital life. then the next step can be taken by you accordingly.
