can children apply for divorce on behalf of parents

can i apply for divorce on behalf of my parents? i turn 18 this year. now the reason for this drastic decision is....well my parents have approximately been married for 19-20 years but the maximum amount of time we've been together consecutively is probably a year or 2 that too majorly during covid. i also have a sister whose turning 8 this year (we have a 10 year age gap). My parents are fighting like crazy...counselling in my opinion wont work.what should i do? both of them arent happy.
