Can Boy Child of 5 years custody be ever given to father, kindly help

I am a christian and I have filed custody case for my son who will become 5 years in next 6 months. Before filing the case, I was told by several lawyers that I will get the child as it is a male child. Nut now after filing the case, despite having several evidences against my wife, I am being told that I will not get custody of my son.
Brief history:- Last year in May, my wife beat my son badly and there was injury on his face and bleeding. I took video confession of my son informing that his mother hit him. There is also doctor report. I have other video and audio evidences taken secretly showing her negligence. I have various , numerous proofs, but despite all these, now I am being told by several prominent lawyers that I can't get custody. From last July I have not been allowed to even speak to my son on phone.Do fathers ever get custody of child? Now I am being told by my lawyer, if you want you can withdraw the case too!!! I came for justice and I am terribly hurt.

The Judges are not psychologically trained. They do not know sentiments of father and always believe that mother is best person to take care of the child. However, there is no law which binds the Judge to pass a interim custody of the child. Such orders depends upon circumstances of each case under these circumstances your advocate might have advised you to withdraw the case.

hi i recived your question i understand your question you want custody of child child age reached 18years you eill get a child one aption then if you are mentioned heare your wife best your chikd and she is not take care your child so if you praduced all the documentry evedance so you will get your child your cusyody and moreover uour vourt looking your finsncial capacity and your house any body is thier take carevof your child to when youvwent job meanse your child looking of grand mother or gather or take carer
