Can Any couple live together after divorce

If any couple living together after divorce, Can lady file a case of rape against gents? If yes what are the ways to escape? It is for Hindu family.
Dear Sir
Against the admission that a couple is living together after divorce, the lady may allege that the counter part has forcibly entered into her premise and committed rape upon her without her consent despite there being divorce granted. The husband can defend the allegation by showing cogent materials that he resided with the lady with her consent and that she had allowed him to have sexual relationship with her consent. Other factors would be relevant to opine precisely.

There is no embargo in staying together even after the divorce but a lady can always file a case of rape is the same has been done by force and without her consent therefore be anything done without her will and consent amounts to rape

yes she can file a case against u for rape rather than u have again married her legally or living with her in live- in relationship , u will have to prove ur side by proving in the court that everything happened with her consent and not forcefuly...
