Can a woman who is residing abroad, with out coming to India, file a 498a & DVC case against her husband(resides abroad) & In- laws(India) by giving GPA concent to her mother and father.

if you are a citizen of india and left india staying abroad, if your in-laws and husband demanding dowry and making dowry harrasment against you either orally or any mode of harrasment for demand of dowry , then you can initiate proceedings against your husband who is staying at abroad and against your in-laws jointly by giving a GPA to your parents. for further advise you may contact.

hi yes she could file 498A and domestic violence cases by GPA to her mother and father or other relative in the concerned court and that she could also file for maintenance if she wish if she did not have sufficient means to mantain herself
