Hi. Your sister can claim for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC for both herself and her child. Your sister can also ask for a one time settlement amount if both she and her husband are ready for a mutual divorce. She always has the option to approach the mahila police station or file a petition under DV Act if she is mentally or physically harassed.

Yes. You can demand compensation from your husband for you and for your child under the provision of domestic violence Act 2005. Also can claim maintenance for you and for your child without filing any divorce case

Dear Sir/ Mam
Each and every legally married wife and children have right to get maintenance from her husband and his/ her father. So your sister and nephew can certainly get maintenance under law and / or monetary reliefs under DV Act.
