I'm 23 years old Hindu girl.... My boyfriend was married before 7 years.. he is also Hindu... Now He wanna to divorce his first wife... & we wanna to get marry.... So is it easy to possible get divorce as early as possible....

Divorce can get more time if it is contested divorce and there is no time limit for final divorce.
Mutual concern divorce can be taken at earliest.

Incase the divorce is by way of Mutual Consent wherein both the husband and wife mutually are ready for a divorce the process is faster. However if it goes for litigation then it takes time wherein the duration cannot be said

Yes it is possible you the husband can file a divorce petition however if he convinces his present wide to divorce him mutually it can speed up the entire Divorce proceedings and in least possible time the divorce can be achieved
