Can a married women stay with another man

I am a Hindu married woman. Mine was arranged marriage(My age is 31 now. I got married when I am 30) My husband is very cruel and money minded person who torture me like anything. He thinks him as my owner. I got separated from my husband after 3months from the date of my marriage. I have filed for divorce. He is telling, he wont give me divorce till he dies. He is saying at least it will take 10 years to get divorce. You have no choice but to live with me. I cannot withstand his cruelty throughout my life. Can I live with another man without marrying before getting divorce. I am asking this question because, I came to know section 497 is cancelled. Please let me know your opinion

married women can stay at any person as garbage now that struck down but the adultery is a ground for divorce your husband can proceed divorce proceeding under adultery criminal proceedings under the IPC struck down so there is no another man family dispute and it can be resolved at appropriate Court
