Can a married Hindu woman re marry a Muslim man without divorcing 1st?

I am muslim married but my wife not live with me from last 3 year. still i not given her divorce. now i want marry with other women she is bundu and married we are each other in love she hav also family problem she dont want with live q st husband. Can you give me suggestion. Can i marry with hindu women without divorce both. Plz suggest me according the legal way. Thanks
Hindu married women can do 2nd marriage with any other religion person but she has to file divorce case against her past husband after that she can . And the 2nd think is that if both of your age below 30yr old then court can give permission to 2nd marriage on the basis of mutual consent section 13b aginst your partner.
