Can a marriage be nullified if the boy has hidden certain facts.

It has been just two months after the Hindu wedding. The girl found out that the boy lied about his age and his education. They are also physically and mentally incompatible. Can we file for a divorce now?
A petition for divorce as per Hindu marriage act will not be entertained lest the expiry of a period of one year after marriage. The marriage is voidable at the option of the aggrieved party on the basis of "suppression of materials " to them marriage and can be successful if the same could be proved before the Court of law

You can file the divorce.But undisclosure of fact is not the ground for dovorce. You have to wait for one year to file the divorce petition.But you can move to the maintenance petition right now ,provided you are not maintained bu him.
