Can a man who is not Muslim have two wives?

Can a man who is not muslim have two wives? Can any breach in law make both the marriages legal?
If any person who has solemnizes his first marriage according to Hindu ritual and ceremonies he is not allowed to second marriage if first marriage is in existence. Second wife would have no legality as legal weded wife.

No. A hindu can not merry two times unless he divorced with the first one.
