Can a girl marry a boy who is already married

An unmarried girl and married man are in relationship from long time they want to marry but his wife is not ready to give divorce.Both are Sikh. Is there any other rule by which they can live together ?
They can not perform 2nd marriage as per Hindu marriage act.sikh is also Hindu as per hma. But if they change their religion then they perform 2nd marriage..if husband will perform 2nd marriage then he will be punish u/s 494 ipc

They may live together but not as husband and wife as the man is married.The man must take divorce from court of law by filing divorce petition in court..remember that his wife should never get any photo or video of the relationship otherwise they ll be in trouble
