Buying property during divorce process

Arranged marriage with doctor graduate woman in 2021. Unilaterally she left home after Apr 2022. Her family not disclosed health illness - disformed uterus and schizophrenia. No kids. She filed false cases in DV, 498A, dowry harassment-got AB. Can I buy home in my name to reduce ailmony and make not possible for division to my wife? Like - Gift deed or will or conditional documents etc.
At this juncture, you don't worry about protecting your property because you don't have any children and your wife is rich..You can file a divorce petition immediately for getting divorce from her and then you can go for another marriage..

Maintenance amount will be ordered based on the earning capacity of both the parties for which assets and liabilities document will be filed. Buying a house will not reduce the amount. Only after divorce is granted, wife can longer claim ownership or possession.
