brothers and sister in law not happy with marriage

my brother got married in april 27th 2015. since then there have been differences and dispute btw them. she keeps harassing us and wants all the involvement in the family. speaks rudely to my mother and everyone else. what can we do. my brother is not at all happy with this relationship.
If this is the only problem that she involvement in the family decisions, then its not wrong at all. Please sit with her and solve out the problems. Dont let the relationship fail becoz of trivial problems. Find out her likes and dislikes and help her adjust in the family.
