Brother unable to accept her wife due to her medical illness

Hi my brother has married 2years ago. But after marred girls has many illness and sexual problem, not able to do any work due to head pain every time. So my brother not accepted this girl till now. What is legal action can I taken. Her family has know all illness before marriage.
If she is unable to work due to her mddical illness u should give her proper treatment otherwise leaue in this condition its a crime against her wife for ignoranae.apart from that u will take divorce its a other matter and one year must be completed from seperation to each other.

As per indian law your brother can't left his wife alone. He is duty as well as legally bound to care and look after his ailing wife. One can't left his wife on account of her illness. Therefore, don't think to avail any legal action in this regard.
