Boyfriend cheated me and used me physically

My boyfriend was married man and I get to know that he is married after we get physical by seeing his photos with his wife but also that time he refuses that he is married so what case can I file against him as he is married and lie me about his marital status and used me physically

The courts in India have interpreted such cases as rape for years, relying on sections 375 and 90 of the existing IPC. With the proposed clause 69 though, consensual sex can be framed as rape, if a man does not carry out his promise to marry the woman.

if your boyfriend has some false commitment and he did create physical relation on the behalf of false commitment. you can complaint against him or you can longed FIR in nearest police station. you should mentioned every imcidents which you have faced in past.

As he was also married at the time of developing physical relationship with you then in that case you can always approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him under section 376 IPC that is rape. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
