Boyfriend cheated me and used me physically

Basically I had a teacher in my institute then he proposed me and I also liked him so me and he came in relationship and after that he said to me everytime that I will never leave u and never marry another girl and by all this he manipulates me and made physical relation and after that I get to know that he is married and he used to say everytime that he is not married but I caught him so I want u to answer me what legal action I can take against him

If he has cheated you on the pretext of the false promise of marriage and developed physical relations with you then he is surely liable to be prosecuted under section 376 IPC. You need to immediately approach the police station of your area and register a FIR against him. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
