Boy refusing to marry after commitment of marriage and physical relati

Boy is refusing to marry a girl after promising to marry her and after having physical relationship. Both are adult. Now boy is giving reason that his family is not agree. What legal action a girl can take and how the case will go strong in girl favour. Both are in relationship since last 8 months.

She can file criminal case against the boy for his breach of promise and cheating her, and it’s take some time but girl is required to be patience and fight for justice before proceeding better to consult an advocate explaining all the facts and get necessary advise .

If all evidences of the alleged relationship is in place then Lodge a police complaint. Promising a woman for marriage in return for sexual favour is an offence. If the physical relationship was consensual then your case will be weak.

many many such cases are coming up and girls are going to police lodging rape case against the boy but if she fails to prove that there was no consent from her the case may end in acquittal of boy. Another option is filing a domestic violence case and seeking compensation.
