Boy Graduation Faked For Marriage

Our family married off my sister a year ago. Before marriage they claimed the boy to be graduate and earning well, however after amonth ago it was found that the boy wasn't a graduate (was instead 12th Pass) and was earning under EWS category.
Now my family and myself are devastated over the the fraud done to us.
Can you please let us know, if we file a case, how much challenges we are going to face to get separated as soon as possible.
You may file for divorce on grounds of fraudulent misrepresentations made prior to marriage. Duping your spouse to be is looked down upon in the eyes of the law. The Courts are harsh upon the perpetrators in these circumstances.
