After divorce my ex wife got remarried. Now I can ask complete for child custody of my son who is less then 5 years. Or I have to wait until he completed 5 years and then file a case for complete custody. Or by keeping this point we can't aak for complete child custody . Note. I am not remarried.

Since your ex wife got remarried you need not wait for the child to get over 5 years for filing a custody case. Citing Harry marriage as the cause of action, you can go head and file for declaring us the soul custodian of the child right now.
