Boy cheated on me after getting physical he married to another women

We had a relationship of 9 years. he marry me in temple and we got physical. then he cheated on me and get married to an other women socially. How can i file a case against him?

If you have any photograph of him marrying you in the temple your marriage is a valid marriage and him marrying another lady is a punishable offence of bigamy for which he can go to jail. If you don't have any proof of your marriage you can get an FIR lodged against him for the offence of Rape. In both cases, he goes to jail. If you want my help you may consult me.

To prove ur marriage with that person in temple , you should have proof like photos etc . then you can file a case in court for declaration of their marriage as illegal . if you don't have proof of marriage then you cannot do so. but on the basis of live in relationship you can claim few rights.

You can file a police complaint against him for sexual exploitation on the pretext of false promise to marry. Its a case of cheating and deception for sexual favours. File a complaint with police authorities under section 376 IPC after seeking legal consultation from a lawyer

Yes that's a criminal offence which that boy has done to you and comes under section 376 IPC. You can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him. If they fail to respond then file an application under section 156(3). For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
