Boy cheated on me after getting physical he married to another women

We had a relationship of 9 years. he marry me in temple and we got physical. then he cheated on me and get married to an other women socially. How can i file a case against him?
If you have any photograph of him marrying you in the temple your marriage is a valid marriage and him marrying another lady is a punishable offence of bigamy for which he can go to jail. If you don't have any proof of your marriage you can get an FIR lodged against him for the offence of Rape. In both cases, he goes to jail. If you want my help you may consult me.

Yes that's a criminal offence which that boy has done to you and comes under section 376 IPC. You can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him.
