If the alleged temple marriage or court papers were done without your free consent, knowledge, or signatures, it has no legal validity. Marriage requires free consent of both parties. Blackmail and threats are criminal offences. You should immediately collect evidence, stop all contact, and file a police complaint for criminal intimidation, extortion, and forgery if documents are fabricated. You may also approach the court to declare such alleged marriage null and void and seek protection orders.

Hello if she has prepared any documents related to marriage performed in temple then she cannot claim that she is a married person or married wife of you. If she is threatening to you for not keeping contacts with her then you should file complaint to nearest police station

I’ll keep this clear and practical, based on Indian law. Your situation (legally analysed) She is already married → Any “marriage” with you is void (illegal). You are now married → Second marriage is illegal only if knowingly done, but here you deny consent. Forceful temple marriage + court papers without your knowledge → No valid marriage in law. Blackmail & threats → This is a criminal offence. What you should do immediately 1️⃣ Do NOT meet or communicate with her Block calls, WhatsApp, social media Do not respond emotionally or verbally 2️⃣ Preserve evidence (very important) Save: WhatsApp chats Call recordings Threat messages Any fake marriage documents Witness details (if any) This will protect you later. 3️⃣ File a police complaint (NC or FIR) You can complain under: Section 384 IPC – Blackmail / extortion Section 506 IPC – Criminal intimidation Section 420 IPC – Cheating (fake court papers) Section 415 IPC – Fraud Section 494 IPC – If she falsely claims marriage

From the facts stated by you, the alleged acts of the woman are serious and legally actionable. Firstly, any so-called marriage performed forcibly, without your free consent, and especially when both parties were already married, is void ab initio under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Such a marriage has no legal validity. Further, preparation or filing of any court documents without your knowledge, consent, or signature amounts to forgery and fraud, which are punishable offences. Her acts of blackmailing and threatening you to continue a relationship attract offences of criminal intimidation and extortion under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (earlier IPC). You should immediately preserve all evidence such as messages, call recordings, photographs, or documents used for blackmail. You are advised to take the following steps: File a written police complaint for blackmail, criminal intimidation, and forgery. Through an advocate, issue a legal notice clearly denying any marriage and demanding cessation of harassment. If any false case or application is filed, approach the appropriate court for quashing or dismissal with supporting proof. Seek anticipatory bail if there is apprehension of false criminal proceedings. Maintain strict no-contact and communicate only through your advocate.

A forced marriage without free consent is voidable/invalid in law. Temple rituals or court papers obtained without your knowledge have no legal value. Immediately stop contact, preserve threats/blackmail proof, file a police complaint, and seek declaration from family court that no valid marriage exists, plus injunction against harassment.
