In that case you should approach High Court where you may file Anticipatory Bail or Criminal Writ petition before court then High Court may pass an order that till the submission of Charge Sheet police will not arrest you and other family members for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case. yes mil jayega abhi allhabad high court se maine bail karaya h .. majbooti se drafting hoga to mil jayega hmlog aunty sepatry bail under section 438 crpc bhi ja sakte h puri ummed h mil jayega.. isme apko surrender krne ki bhi jarur nhi h ..

yes, you can even take anticipatory bail, before any action from the police department. mostly, depending upon the facts of the case, high court grand anticipatory bail if the primary face charges are not found. there are plenty of judgments regarding the same.
