Q: Shown sbi credit card issued in 2006 which never receive and used

In December 2006 shown sbi credit card issued me but I never received and used in whole life any card. They started shown monthly ch since 2019 onward and reported to cibil score preparing co. as outstanding amount wrte off without any notice both sbi credit card & cibil score co. and they downgrade my cibil score without giving any opportunity to me lo hear me. So many letter sent to both co. From 6/09/2022 but no reply given by them and my cibil score constantly 546 because this low cibil score I am unable to get pension loan from my pension disburshing bank ie sbi ghaziabad. Plz advise me whether I may write to rbi lokpal Or file a case in consumer distt court?

मैं एक शादीसुदा महिला हूँ और मेरी एक 9 साल की बेटी है जब मेरी शादी हुई थी तो मेरे ससुराल वालो ने पति की कमाई अच्छी बता कर एक मोटी रकम ली थी आज स्थिति ये है की मेरे पति के पास कोई जॉब है और ना ही अपनी बेटी की जिम्मेदारी उठाता है मैं एक सरकारी टीचर हूँ अपनी बेटी की सारी जिम्मेदारी मैं ही उठाती हूँ और तो और शादी के तुरंत बाद मेरा सारा जेवर अपने पास रख लिया है अब जब मैं माँगती हूँ तो देने से इंकार करते हैं प्लिज़ मुझे बताएँ मैं क्या करूँ

Q: how to get parking from builder

Hi sir/ma'amn I bought a flat in a society in 2019. At that time builder asked for more money for a covered parking space. but I refused a parking space because I don't have a car, so in the registry, it was mentioned no parking.but now I bought a car. and I need a covered parking space. so how can I take parking from a builder? can the builder ask for money again? is I have to pay any charges? nplease tell me all the legal aspects of getting parking from the builder.
