Bigamy done by my husband and how to prove?

Does hospital records mentioning my husband as another woman's husband are sufficient to prove bigamy and another woman is also 8months pregnant with my husband.??? Court already ordered for records from the hospital. Does hospital submits factual records without any maniupulation in it. My husband has sufficient means to buy the personnel. Pls help

Yes. it will be suffice to prove bigamy against your husband provided the documents provided by the hospital are authenticated. Since Court had directed the hospital to furnish the relevant records, they are duty bound to furnish. You may seek a consultancy from a lawyer aswell

If not now, then sooner or the later you will get ample evidences for the same. Move over even if u happen to prove that he has Committed the offence of Bigmay …still it is a bailable offence n he will easily get the bail and trail will run long ! Anyways ! U can hire private council to assist u .. thanks n b in touch

What are you going to achieve? In case bigamy is proved, you only get divorce with maintenance and alimony ?? No criminal liability is there for bigamy.

Hi, sorry to hear this. If your husband produces wrong record he can be tried for fraud. The hospital has to present all the records if the court summons them. The pregnancy can be proved by doing a paternity test of the women subject to certain legal implications. For other details & one on one conversation you can contact us.
