bf cheated me on false promise of marriage

hi, I am in a relationship last 6 years. my bf given me false promise of marriage and did physical relationship. now refusing to marry me, and saying due to family pressure i can not marry you. i tried to talk his mother but she's clearly saying that you are right or wrong but we will not agree for marriage do whatever you can do we don't care. Due to all this i am in depression and facing many health issue. i was very serious about this relationship, but because of my caste he refuses to marry though he knows everything previously about my caste (sc). Because of all this my mind in completely suicidal and everything like a very bad nightmare. please suggest what to do now?
Do remove the suicidal thoughts from your mind because it will never serve any purpose to anyone. The false promise of marriage is a punishable offence under the Indian law. And if BF had gone upto developing physical relations with you then you can try him under 376.

If he has been assuring you for marriage and gained physical relationship from you, but now refusing to do so as per his convenience then this amounts to Rape as per the law. you can charge the person under various section of IPC as well as discrimination on the basis of cast. but it's on you to decide that will u be able to go through this process because after this ur bf and his family will be seriously taken under the eyes of law..ur bf could go through Non bailable warrant as well .
