Please let me know whether bangalore family court is functioning also how tp get epass from tamilnadu

The Court is open but not functioning as regular court. Only urgent matter or urgent filing are considering that is also with prior permission to the Registrar.
For cases regular hearing dates will be given till the end of lockdown.
If there is that much urgency, mail your case number showing your urgency to the registrar and take permission. After recipt of permission you can apply for epass.

Why you take risk. Personal presence is being dispensed with before family court. Just send your requirement to our office and office juniors can coordinate with you. now court are not allowed party in court, after fresh notification by High Court of Karnataka if parties are allowed then you have to seek permission from government by submitting online application and government will allow you to travel
