Avoid alimony and get child custody

26-Feb-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I am a physically challenged person with a high salary. My wife and I lived together for only 5 months, during which she tortured me both mentally and physically. Her family abused me for my disability and used inappropriate words. They even filed a false dowry and domestic violence case, which was dismissed. I decided to divorce her. Now, she has a 5-month-old boy baby and has filed for alimony. I want to know if there’s a way to avoid paying it and get my child custody.

hi I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly need to contest the dvc case, as already a petition would have been filed in section 22 for providing alimony and maintenance, you can avoid alimony if you have legitimate grounds, thank you you can contact me for further clarifications
