wife get separated many times from me but hoping good of my children I preferred to stay together at wife's stay place. but due to wife's always issues creating behavior and taking me rudely of wife was getting uncontrollable' i had to be get separate from her intermittently for couple of months or years. so I had to ask here that is the authentic separation agreement required before issuing divorce notice to wife?
if you don't want divorce and just want to stay separately you can go for judicial separation by the order of the hon'ble court and in future if their is settlement between you and your wife you can stay together

a document prepared as agreement of divorce is illegal and has no value in the eyes of law therefore it is advisable that you should file divorce petition before the family court.
