Attaching property as part of maintenance case

29-Sep-2026 (In Divorce Law)
While I was living in a rented home with my husband, he abandoned me and filed for divorce . He doesn't own a home, but his parents did, and we stayed at that house after marriage. We depart later because he works as a bank manager in Bangalore. What should I do if his parents transfer the property to his sister's name in order to avoid payment and maintenance? I'm now filing for DV and maintenance. It been 9 months since he left and i have no idea where he is living. Our religion is hinduism.

transcribe my vocal You can file for maintenance and alimony and ask the court to attach his property. If he has already transferred his property to somebody, you can ask the court to annul the property. You can obtain an order for annulling the transaction. Call me. My name is Advocate Priyakumar.T

if you have already filed maintainance case you can file attachment petition there to get it attached. your husband has got share on it and you have the right to claim. when did you filed DV ? if you are not known to his where abouts you can attach that property only after obtaining the correct survey number
