At waht stage can we compromise in mutual consent divorce


20-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Court passed order for interim amt. To be followed or paid by April 2017 including amt. Since last two year separation too to be paid till September in six instalments. Is it okay to put compromise of divorce thru mutual consent here only now.

Yes it's sufficient for filing divorce under mutual consent under hindu marriage act.
Court tried to party's live as husband and wife for 1 year after marriage. As per your detail interim order has been passed and living separately from last 2 years. There is no difficulties in order to divorce under mutual consent

Divorce by Mutual by it's words is clear it by agreement of both the parties.Mutual consent should have all the terms of agreement/Settlement which should include maintainance and custody of child and withdrawal of criminal cases.

Yes, you can go through compromise and file a mutual divorce petition as it will save your time as well and you can think for your better future. But be aware about your rights and do not leave your rights.
Stay on them and be wise.
