Arrest warrant issued but no action taken from Police

12-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)

For last month maintenance didn't paid so the court issued arrest warrant but after 10days no action is taken court also asked the person to attend the court he is not attending just wasting time and we have heard that he is taking political help. He also married some other girl but still no action taken we have submitted the proof to the court. But as of now no action is taken from court.

if you are having his salary account or any property details you may produce etc to court and request the court to attach the property of account. the court may direct so and you may get the order executed.

if you have proof of his married to someone else while the first marriage is not dissolved by Court' you have to file a separate case against him, but this is not relevant to the order to pay the maintenance Have you also filed for divorce?
