Applying for divorce in just 4 months of marriage

Greetings! I got married this June but, couldn’t register marriage due to pandemic. Now, we have both decided to separate because of incompatibility. Please let us know the best thing to do.

In this case, registration of marriage it's not compulsory but getting a divorce to appear before the Court file a petition for mutual concern minimum 1-year separation is necessary. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

Even though registration of marriage is mandatory, now, given the situation you will not be able to register the same. As the marriage is not even a year old you cannot file for divorce under regular provisions of law. I need more details to guide you further.

for divorce minimum one year should completed divorce petition can be filed but you can go for the process of null and void which can be filed at any time before one year you can cancel the marriage
