Applied for divorce at family court Bengaluru

With divorce my lawyer asked componsation of rs 5000000 and they also applied for divorce at native court saying he is not earning anything. They are not able to give componsation but I need marriage expenses and gold which we gave them. He has own house which is in his mother's name. And he says I won't give money if I go to jail also no problem. Is this possible to get marriage expenses 10L from them or shall I drop this case with only divorce. Because I'm not able to to my lawyer. Family court called him 5 to 6 times he didn't attend single time. Applied on Dec 18 th 2019. My lawyer says will transfer that case to here by high court, let him come then court will give Warrent to him if he can't pay. I just need marriage expenses. Kindly suggest where this case will go. If I continue will I get marriage expenses? I have taken loan for my sister marriage I badly need that money so I'm asking will court accept this reson? Please suggest I'm with rich lawyer?
