Applied divorce in india but working in aborad how it will work

I am working in aborad , files divorce case in my home tome but my wife transfered to her city , all case hearing I may not able to attend as I work nWill it effect job ot any chance I will lose job nIf not able to attend some hearing what will court will take action

Dear Sir, It is a civil case you can even appoint Power of Attorney and whenever necessary your evidence will be recorded through video conference. Please see that no criminal complaint filed against you, if filed immediately get anticipatory bail and approach High Court for quashing.

okay I understand your questions so now you are staing in aborad bit your wife filed a case in India so now you are not able to come to court right so you will give GPA to your relation and that guy only attend the case same only when you will come to India now you will attend the court if you need any legal help contact me thank you
