The Applicant has filed an application in 2025 u/s Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita-144.3 against the husband because he is not complying the Order issued to provide Rs. 5000 monthly alimony by Family Court and the matter is still pending. Issues 1-What to do to expedite the matter because the Accused is not appearing for second date but he has filed Vakalatnama. 2-Pls suggest the best way to solve this matter , we don't want to pursue compromise.

Since the respondent has already entered appearance by filing a Vakalatnama but is deliberately remaining absent, move an application requesting the Court to proceed ex parte if his absence continues without sufficient cause. Simultaneously, press for short dates, explaining the applicant's financial hardship and urgent need for maintenance. Also pray for issuance of a recovery warrant for the arrears of maintenance in accordance with law, as the maintenance order is already in force and has not been complied with.

Agar aapko Dhara 144 bnss ke tahat 5000 ki rupaye ki dhanrashi vipakshi Ko aadeshit Kiya gaya hai aapko Nahin Mil Pa rahi hai aap 144 ke tahat paise recovery Hetu kar sakte hain vipakshi ke viruddh recovery warrant Jari Karva sakte hain jisse aapko Bharan poshan ke dhanrashi ₹5000 jitne mahine ke Honge vah aapko lagta hai
