The Applicant has filed an application in 2025 u/s Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita-144.3 against the husband because he is not complying the Order issued to provide Rs. 5000 monthly alimony by Family Court and the matter is still pending. Issues1-What to do to expedite the matter because the Accused is not appearing for second date but he has filed Vakalatnama.2-Pls suggest the best way to solve this matter , we don't want to pursue compromise.

dear sir or mam i am 18+yo boy in so much of a big mess here living in my own home. the problem is i suffer silently being an atheist in a overly religious family (islam) and moreover my father and everyone is so toxic and controlling they give threats if the work is not done by their preference and i literally feel so fed up now. i even tried to go for a job but my father threatened me because he thinks it will be shameful for him and the job is everything i can do now to get freedom.pls help

yes you have to right to freedom and you have to right to choose good job acording to Indian Constitution and law, Indian Constitution gives you right to freedom acording to you want to live, so can get your right what you want do

Q: Query regarding doing job while divorce case

I am going through a divorce right now. I have put case for alimony and returning my things from my ex husband. They are asking for how to settle the case. I have also put section 316 and 144 along with section 24. I want to know if I can work freelancing while the case is still pending for alimony, maintenance and return of things.

yes you can get divorce. if your are working then you can get alimony from your husband. First you will be compromize and settled your case and filed divorce pation in the hon,ble court. the process is very siple.
