यदि वास्तव में विवाह संपन्न नहीं हुआ था और लड़की तथा उसके परिवार ने मिलकर लड़के को डरा-धमकाकर एवं फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर 20 फरवरी, 2024 को The Uttarakhand Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, 2010 के अंतर्गत विवाह पंजीकरण करा लिया है, तो ऐसे पंजीकरण को निरस्त कराने की क्या कानूनी प्रक्रिया है? लड़की ने शपथपत्र में यह घोषित किया है कि उसकी कभी शादी नहीं हुई वह अविवाहित है, जबकि लड़की ने पूर्व में एक अन्य व्यक्ति से तलाक लिया था। तलाक संबंधी न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रमाणित प्रति भी उपलब्ध है

The marriage registration was obtained by fraud, coercion, and false declarations—the remedies that may be claimed before a court are:1. Declaration that no valid marriage ever existed between the parties.2. Cancellation/setting aside of the marriage registration certificate on the ground of fraud, coercion, misrepresentation, and non-compliance with the mandatory requirements of the law.3. Permanent injunction restraining the opposite party from claiming the status of spouse or relying upon the fraudulent marriage certificate.4. Criminal proceedings against the persons responsible for making false declarations, fabricating documents, or cheating, under the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), wherever the ingredients of those offences are made out.5. Costs and any other relief that the court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The Applicant has filed an application in 2025 u/s Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita-144.3 against the husband because he is not complying the Order issued to provide Rs. 5000 monthly alimony by Family Court and the matter is still pending. Issues1-What to do to expedite the matter because the Accused is not appearing for second date but he has filed Vakalatnama.2-Pls suggest the best way to solve this matter , we don't want to pursue compromise.

Since the respondent has already entered appearance by filing a Vakalatnama but is deliberately remaining absent, move an application requesting the Court to proceed ex parte if his absence continues without sufficient cause. Simultaneously, press for short dates, explaining the applicant's financial hardship and urgent need for maintenance. Also pray for issuance of a recovery warrant for the arrears of maintenance in accordance with law, as the maintenance order is already in force and has not been complied with.

Sir,In this case you will have to give your defence that the account was not being used by you, against the prosecution, and back it will reliable evidence. Only then you can protect yourself from further consequences.

Every college has Anti ragging committee, report the incident to them. If the college fails to take necessary measures, there is anti ragging helpline of UGC 1800 180 5522. And also make a complaint against the college authorities to UGC, AICTE or Medical council. There is zero tolerance for ragging.
