My wife filed 156 crpc in dc amroha. Magistrate ordered to register for us 498a. Now can I file 340 on her petition of 156 crpc. I have evidence regar6her dates and events.

no you can't...you can utilize it as a defense in a case filed against you...you should appear on date whatever mentioned in your summon.. but before it you should hire advocate and discuss issues regarding this case for more information you can connect with me

you should challenge the said FIR/Complaint in Court of Law you get relief against her fake complaint and collect all the events and date which you have and produce it before the court But do it Faster otherwise you will be late
