When appeal limitation period starts , is it from judgment order date or from judgement order copy received date. What is the appeal limitation period of supreme court of india in 2021 - 2022.

The period of limitation starts from the date when the judgement is pronounced in the court and not from the date you receives the copy of the same. Due to covid the limitation period was extended. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
