Appeal for divorce cases for opostion case

We file divorce case at Bangalore family court but our oposite lawyer stay in high court and ask for transfer case to her home town .so kindly help us to get the information how to proceed

Hi, I wanted to know whether your wife or husband. It is right of both party to apply for the transfer the case in another city where the party is staying. But you can appear in the high court case and oppose the preyer of the party to transfer the case in his or her choice of city. If your point is valid and you can prove that you and your opposite party is staying in Bangalore and there is not problem for him or her to case go on here then case may not transferred.

1. the case is transferred to the place where the wife resides 2. if your opponent advocates are in High court, then you will also oppose it and contest the case 3. you appear before the lower court and your opponent's advocate will give you a get high court transfer case details
