First of all you need to convert the complaint you gave to the CAW cell into a FIR under section 498a. After that you will get all your stridhan back. You can also file a petition under section 12 DV Act against your husband if you were subjected to any kind of cruelty. And you must also file a petition under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance for yourself. And divorce can also be filed on Cruelty grounds.
