Anyone removed from govt job if convicted of DV ACT

I am and my wife both central govtemployees under C CATEGORY.both are quarrel each other for dispute of property of my wife.my wife want to give her self property to her family. I was scolding some times over phone.but I never physically attack on my wife really.i scolding through my mobile MSG's also.she not ready to mutual consent divorce.i am not ready to live with her.my wife will ready to file case against me.i am not done heinous crime.but my mistake that I want to left my wife due to property disputes and mind game nature of my wife.i know thatthese are not valid reasons for divorce.definitely I will convict if my wife go to court.please say to me ...suppose I convicted due to above mentioned reasons .can I lost my govt job.is there any chance to lose my job according to my problem.please reply any one sir/ madam.my wife plays more mind game with me without evidence.pls rely

No need to much worry simply filing of case does not been that you will be convicted she has to prove the allegations she alleged on you and moreover if you appoint a good lawyer there is chance to get acquital. More clear can be given after listening your concern in detail

if she plays game u also play game u file a petition asking her to join u is restitution petition and after that u file criminal complaint and divorce through the court u have to file all this and send notices if u have custody of child and she definitely compromise
