15-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello Sir/Madam, As my brother's wife left our house in the year 1st October 2019 for a very silly reason "As my mother said that tell your mother doesn't ring the call during Amavasya/Purnima days", due to which she left our house and living separately with her mother and sisters even after several discussions had with their elderly and wellwisher. Our is Hindu Marriage, accordingly, the marriage had been performed in the year April 2018. we had filed divorce at the family court, secunderabad (the case is under mediation process). Now, filed a petition on 23.10.2021 in her hometown PS and two counseling had been attended but no vain.

no need to worry on 498a as supreme court has directed courts and police station to grant bail to accused in 498a matters in general and resort to arrest only when there are other sections of law referred to in the complaint. so, obtain a copy of fir and take necessary steps thereafterr
