Annulment of marriage under special marriage act

Can a marriage under special marriage act be annuled for wilful rejection in consumating the marriage? Husband wife lived together for 5 days after marriage.

wilful rejection in consumating in 5days is not a valid reason for divorce, need to give a cogent reason or prove the incompetency to it with the medical condition or something that will work in your favour. However, 5days way to early.

hi yes you could file a petition for annulement of marriage under the Special Marriage Act and for the reason that the marriage is not consummated and that that they had lived only for a period of 5 days from date of marriage
