Annulment of marriage of interfaith marriage

Hindu boy marries muslim girl through immediate conversion in arya samaj and got married in 2015 and registered in Ghaziabad. after few days girl married to muslim man. now boy want annulment decree from ghaziabad court. pl advice lawyer for same. as this is fake conversion. girl not practised hinduism.
