Annulment of marriage due to forced marriage case with suicide threats

Hi The girl was forced to marry the person she dated for 3 years by the her parents through emostional black mails such as suicide and all. even the boy was informed that she doesnt want to marry but he didnt listen to her and insisted on getting married to her. now it has been 4 months to their marriage. How can the girl end this marriage

I think you have mentioned wrong information in the question because a girl dating 3 years it is highly improbale in probable to believe that she didn't like the guy moreover if she has any evidences blackmailing parents by giving suicide threads then this can be used as evidence if she does not want to stay with that guy she can file for divorce

Well, if the girl wants to end her Marriage, then, she has to stop cohabiting with her husband and has to stop engaging in conjugal relationship with him with immediate effect for a prolonged period of 1 year, then, she has to send a Legal Notice to her Husband to seek Mutual Divorce from him. If after sending legal notice, the Husband denies to Divorce her, then, she has to apply for Unilateral Divorce under the concerned sections of the act or law in which this couple got married.
