Annulment of marriage, dissolution of marriage

I m married for only two months and want to cancel my marriage legally we got married in mandir with affidavit on stam paper. He is divorcee but still living with his ex wife and want to be with me also which is not aggreed with me? Pls suggest how much time will take for annulment of marriage?
If he is willing by mutual divorce then you can get approximately 1year term. If he do not want to give divorce to you then you can file contesting divorce petition against your husband under ground of adultery.

Ok, I will tell you, how much time it will take. However, you have to get your Marriage declared Null & Void, as he has not taken Divorce from his Ex Wife before engaging in Saptapadi with you. Hope, you understood.
